WHY INTEGRATION?


In our world, we are often rewarded for moving quickly and being productive. Many of us do not pause and incorporate our life experiences in a way that enriches our lives. When we engage with modalities that are catalysts for expanded states of consciousness, we often get a lot of useful information for our lives in a relatively short amount of time. We are not always prepared to process the memories and insights revealed during peak experiences, and can miss their significance if we do not take time to pause and reflect.

Integration is the process of intentionally unpacking these experiences. This mindful approach can create positive changes and lead to turning points in our lives. Processing these experiences alone can be isolating. Working with a specially trained therapist can decrease feelings of aloneness and the stigma often attached to these healing modalities.
